Refund policy

Online courses: a full refund within 14 days after the day you buy, as long as you have not started any sessions or downloaded anything. Once you have, we cannot give a refund, because of the digital nature of our products. Weekend courses: a full refund if we cancel, or if you cancel at least 10 days before the weekend. This does not affect your rights if a course is faulty or not as described. To cancel, email hello@whytebloom.com with your name and the course you bought.
